Before you start reading, we apologize for not posting in two days, there was a problem with the internet connection so we couldn't post anything.
Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker is a movie based on the Star Wars saga, it is even the last movie in the whole saga, yes that means that The Rise Of Skywalker is the last Star Wars movie you will ever see for a long time.
Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker is a movie based on the Star Wars saga, it is even the last movie in the whole saga, yes that means that The Rise Of Skywalker is the last Star Wars movie you will ever see for a long time.
The Movie came out on 20th December 2019, and it truly brought in a large crowd of viewers who were true Star Wars fans.
The movie was directed by J.J Abrams who even went on Fortnite for a live event where he showcased a scene in the movie that had never be seen before anywhere else.
Before I go into the story line, there is a warning, if you haven't watched it turn away now as there will be spoilers.
Now let us get into the story line, the movie starts with Kylo Ren(Ben Solo) fighting in a war to find a Sith Wayfinder which was the only way to find Exegol.
Exegol is the planet of the Sith that was introduced in The Rise Of Skywalker in fact it was basically the main plot of the film.
Only two Sith Wayfinders were made and Kylo Ren had one of them, he used this one to go to Exegol where he met Emperor Palpatine who had been supposedly dead in the previous Star Wars films.
Emperor Palpatine was a threat to Kylo Ren's rule so he went to Exegol to kill him once he found out that he was alive.
On his arrival he met the Palpatine but did not kill him because Palpatine told him about his plan to build the the Final Order which was a fleet of star destroyers and the likes that was meant to Kylo Ren rule the galaxy.
The only thing that the Emperor asked for in return was that Kylo Ren should kill Rey because Palpatine feared her power.
Kylo Ren was pleased by the Emperor's offer so he did not kill him instead left Exegol.
Kylo Ren began his search for Rey who was training on the planet where rebels were under princess Leia, she was trying to connect herself with the Jedi of the past.
Meanwhile Finn and Poe were on a mission to recover some information from a spy in the First Order, that would help them in the war.
When they were trying to get this information, they got into a fight with some storm troopers, so they had to light speed skip away from most places were they were.
The Millennium Falcon got badly damaged during the fight and when Finn and Poe got back to the base of the rebels, they had to repair the damages.
During Rey's training, she badly damaged BB-8 and so when Poe got back he was angry that she damaged BB-8 while Rey was angry that they damaged the Millennium Falcon.
The message that Finn and Poe got from the Spy in the First Order was about the existence of Exegol which was thought to be a myth by most of the rebels.
This message reminded Rey about a place that Luke Skwalker was trying to find when he was still alive, in fact Luke was trying to find Exegol himself during his period of isolation, but was not successful.
Rey brought out some of the old maps that Luke used to try and locate Exegol and found some important information that would help their search.
Once she found this out, she was determined to go to the last location Luke went during his search and find the location of Exegol so that the rebels could finally win the war against the First Order.
She wanted to go alone but Finn, Poe, Chewbacca and C-3PO, they went to the planet where Luke ended his search looking for a Sith assassin that killed for the Empire.
On the planet there was a festival and the planet's inhabitants were celebrating with a lot of colours and the likes.
The Rebels Rey, Poe, Finn, Chewbacca and C-3PO tried to blend in and find what Luke was looking for.
The word got out that they were on the planet and then Storm Troopers came looking for them, as they were trying to avoid the Storm Troopers, they ran into an old friend Lando Calrisian who helped them to temporarily escape the Storm Troopers.
The rebels tried to get speeders to escape from the Storm Troopers but they were seen and the Storm Troopers started to chase them.
The rebels escaped the Storm Troopers and then they found themselves in some sort of quick sand that took them underground.
Underground, they found the bones of the Sith assassin that Luke was looking for and also fund a dagger laying with him.
When Rey picked up the dagger she sensed a lot of "bad vibes" radiating from the dagger and she dropped it almost immediately.
It turns out that the dagger was used to kill her parents when she was younger and she could still feel all the pain that the dagger had caused.
They took the dagger along with them because C-3PO could see some words written in Sith language that he was forbidden to translate, if he translated anything written in Sith language, his memory would be wiped clean.
They went further on in the tunnel they were trapped in trying to find a way out until they saw a monster that growled, the monster only growled because it was injured so Rey transferred some of her life energy to the monster so as to heal it.
Once she did this, they monster left their way revealing an exit to the cave that they were trapped in.
Once they left this cave, the First Order captured Chewbacca and Kylo Ren finally found Rey, he wanted to use a Stormtrooper carrier to attack Rey but she dodged it and destroyed the ship.
The Stormtroopers wanted to fly away in their ships with Chewbacca so Rey used the force to pull the ship back to the planet.
Kylo Ren got out of the destroyed ship and then used the force to try and help the ship to leave the planet.
Rey and Kylo Ren enetered a face off where both of them were usinfg the force to influence the ship until Rey lost control and shot lightning at the ship destroting it, with Chewbacca in it.
They went to another planet to try and translate C-3PO on the dagger because the dagger got destroyed as they fought the First Order and C-3PO was the only one that had was written on the dagger in his memory.
On the planet the they went to, Poe ran into one of his old friends Zorii Bliss who disclosed to the rest of the rebels that he was with that Poe was a spice runner meaning that he used to smuggle drugs which was referred to as spice.
Zorii with the help of her other friend helped to translate the inscriptions on the dagger from C-3PO's memory, however this in turn made C-3PO lose all his memory.
C-3PO later got his memory back from R2-D2 who had backed up all C-3PO's memory.
The rebels rebels later found out that Chewbacca was still alive and so went on a First Order ship to get him.
On that ship Rey went to Kylo Ren's quarters to because the force led her there, while she was in his quarters, she and Kylo Ren spoke through the Force and Kylo Ren told Rey that she was a Palpatine.
Kylo Ren was on a different planet and then found out where Rey was through the Force so he immediately went to her location.
Rey and the rest of the rebels left the ship immediately and then they went on the Millennium Falcon to a planet where they crash landed on.
On this planet, they met a lot of former Stormtroopers that left the First Order when they realized that what they were doing was wrong.
They came to this planet in search of the Sith Wayfinder that they got to know of from the message from the dagger that C-3PO interpreted.
Kylo Ren came again to fight with Rey and during the fight Kylo Ren destroyed the Wayfinder and then Rey actually stabbed abd almost killed Kylo Ren.
She later transferred some of her life energy to him to heal him and then left the planet on Kylo Ren's ship to the same planet that Luke exiled himself to.
Kylo Ren did not do anything to Rey but just rested on the planet for some time.
Meanwhile on the planet that Rey went to she burnt Kylo Ren's ship and wanted to even burn Luke's lightsaber, Luke later appeared as a spirit and advised her not to burn it, instead he asked her why she was there in the first place.
Rey told him that she had a vision of the throne of the Sith and that she was sitting on it so she exiled herself like he did so she would never go down that path.
Luke told her that what he did was wrong and that he made a mistake, he gave her a lightsaber that he said princess Leia gave to him and so Rey had two lightsabers.
Luke told Rey to find Exegol and finish the battle that the Jedi before her couldn't finish.
She asked him how she would get to Exegol without a Sith Wayfinder and then Luke told her that she had everything that she needed to get there, Rey looked inside Kylo Ren's destroyed ship which she burned and then saw the last Wayfinder.
Luke then used the force to levitate one of his old abandoned ships which he used before but was forgotten.
Rey used the ship and the Sith Wayfinder to find Exegol, she called the rest of the rebels to fight alongside her and then she sent the way to Exegol to them.
Poe and Finn rallied the rebels to fight and also encouraged them, after princess Leia died of old age.
They went to fight the Final Order fleet and Rey went to fight Palpatine, who wanted her to kill him so she will rule the Sith.
Palpatine even started the ceremony but Rey refused to kill him even though he killed her parents.
Kylo Ren later went back to Exegol to help Rey fight the emperor, the fight was indeed "mad", Rey and Kylo Ren even did alightsaber trick that is regarded as very nice.
There was a part of the movie that I think was a rip off of Avengers Endgame, Palpatine said, "I am all the Sith", then Rey replied, "I am all the Jedi".
This is like the thge iconic Avengers Endgame scene, Thanos said, "I am inevitable", and Tony said, "And I am Iron Man".
Many Avengers fans lashed out over this and I suppose that I understand why, it may be kind of annoying if one of the most iconic scenes is ripped off.
The rebels ended up winning but at a cost, Kylo Ren died after transferring all his life energy to Rey who died after defeating the emperor Paplatine.
Kylo Ren did not literally die but vanished, so did princess Leia when Kylo Ren transferred all his life energy to Rey.
The movie was very good and I recommend it, it is the last movie in the Star Wars Saga so if you are a true Star Wars fan you have to watch it.
