We all know that Samsung is a major competitor of other major brands like Apple, Google, Huawei, etc in the phone and device market.
Samsung has indeed done it again with the production of the Samsung Galaxy S20, S20 Plus and S20 Ultra.
The reason that Samsung skipped from the S10 to the S20 is mainly because it moved from using model numbers like the S9,S7, etc to using years, meaning that the 20 in S20 actually stands for 2020.
This is a particularly smart marketing tactic as the human brain is wired in such a way that we recognize higher numbers as better performances.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 is Samsung's next generation of phones, it has stormed the phone market, offering a wide array of new features.
It was released on March 6th 2020 and is proving to be an exceptional device.
There are currently three versions of the Samsung Galaxy S20, they are: the Samsung Galaxy S20, Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus and the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 has a 6.2 inch screen, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus has a 6.7 inch screen and the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra has a 6.9 inch screen.
All the versions of the Samsung Galaxy S20 offer an 8K video resolution at 24 frames per second which is a stunner compared to the 4K video resolution of the Iphone 11.
All Samsung Galaxy S20 models offer a 120Hz AMOLED screen, which is most likely the reason for their large battery capacity of up to 5,000 mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 has a 4,000 mAh battery, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus has a 4,500 mAh battery and the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra has a 5,000 mAh battery.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 and S20 Plus offer up to 30x zoom while the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra offers a 100x zoom thanks to what is termed by Samsung "folded zoom lens".
The cameras on the S20 and S20 Plus have 64 megapixels while the Galaxy S20 Ultra offers a whopping 108-megapixel camera.
These high resolutions are as a result of the multiple camera lenses which offer a greater focus and functionality.
All Samsung Galaxy S20 models offer a 25-watt fast charger with the S20 Ultra offering an optional 45-watt fast charger, this is relatively higher that the Iphone 11 pro's 18-watt fast charger.
All models of the Galaxy S20 offer 5G, the Samsung Galaxy S20 offers only the Sub 6 version of 5G, while the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus and S20 Ultra offer both the Sub-6 and mmWave.
All versions of the Samsung Galaxy S20 use the Android 10 operating system, have on-screen fingerprint sensors and use the USB-C ports.
