Two other code names, 'Edinburgh' and 'Count' have been seen in the code of the latest Game Development Kit from Microsoft as tweeted by @bllyhlbrt, whose twitter bio says that he is a software developer, reverse engineer and occasional game programmer. The tweet also makes some references to the 'Xbox Lockhart' which is the supposed codename of the Xbox Series S (rumoured to be a cheaper version of the Xbox Series X). This game is just one of many Ps4 games that will be getting free enhancements when played on the Ps5, some other examples of games that will be getting free enhancements on the Ps5 are: Madden NFL 21, Cyberpunk 2077 and FIFA 21. Many major developers of games on the Ps4 will most likely offer free enhancements of their games when they are played on the Ps5.
